The AMCOMET conference, organised by the World Bank in Addis Abeba, from Sept. 11 to Sept. 15, saw participants from all over Africa discuss issues from climate change to disaster risk management. BHP Services participated in support of the OTT Hydromet Group, that exhibited its products in the exhibition area in front of the meeting rooms. Interest was huge, as the combined offerings of Adcon, OTT and Sutron fit the needs of participants like a glove!

Amsterdam, Oct. 10. to Oct. 12. was home to the 8th International Meteorological Technology World Expo. 200 Exhibitors showcased their products to over 4000 visitors from 100 countries. BHP Services attended the show as a visitor to meet partners from the industry and to discuss upcoming projects with clients. It was well worth visiting, driving all the way from Vienna (2.200km round trip - next time I'll take a plane!)
